1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Upon creating an account you agree to the following terms outlined below. We hold the right to delete any account made if we see a valid reason to. General store purchase's and point purchase's will not be refunded or replaced in any way once an account has been deleted. By registering and continuing use of the service you agree to the TOS (terms of service) below and any further changes to the TOS. It is the users responsibility to make sure they are aware of the TOS. These rules are put in place to protect the rights of untamedwest.com and others. |
2. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue temporally or permently modify the service without any prior notice.
You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. |
3. POINTS
YOU agree that we will in no way take responsibility for points being lossed if your account has been compromised or points are losed through user volunteered transactions. This includes purchasing and selling points on the service. As the buyer you are aware that being killed means that you lose your protection, gun, cash, gold and some rank experience. This means protection and guns bought from the General Store will NOT be replaced.
You agree that you will not purchase points from any other source or user other then those who officially sell them which is limited to OutOfInk. When purchasing points you agree that untamedwest.com is only responsible for supplying the customer the adequate amount of purchased points after payment has been successfully verified and completed. After the customer has received adequate amount of purchased points he/she is held responsible as to what they do with the points.
You agree that if a reset has occurred any points left over on your account will be credited to your new account if you were the original purchaser of the points. This does not include points that have been used during the game (selling, purchases from the general store, wanted, purchasing in game items). |
4. RIGHT TO ALTER / BETA STAGE
We reserve the right to alter and modify any part of the service at any time without notification and is the responsibility of the user to make sure he/she is aware of the TOS (terms of service). You agree that you understand that the service is AS IS and untamedwest.com will not be held responsible for alterations, delivery errors, or problems for any part of the service. |
5. FAMILY ACCOUNT RULES
- Family member accounts cannot transfer cash, gold, gun powder and points to each other
- Cannot be in the same bank robbery or train robbery
- Cannot be brawl partners
- Cannot be in the same poker table
- Cannot be in the same gang
- Cannot Quickdraw each other
All accounts are checked on a regular basis.
These rules are here to keep the game fair for all players.
